The recurring week — 47-hour baseline and 37-hour alternative.

13 — Steady-State Weekly Calendar (Weeks 5–13)

Prepared 2026-07-22. Figures verified as of this date unless marked otherwise.

Recurring week starting week 5 (i.e., [WEEK_1_START_DATE] + 28 days). No hardcoded dates. All outbound calls/texts inside 9:30 AM–6:00 PM (legal window 8 AM–9 PM; we stay inside it). Sunday: off, or one optional 30-min planning block (7:00–7:30 PM).

Personality design carried forward: outreach = 60–90 min prepped sprints with recovery after; analytical work (scenario briefs, file work) anchors mid-day confidence; content batched into two blocks; in-person = small rooms and one field Saturday; the manager check-in and reviews are fixed rituals.

Version A weekly hours: ≈47 (Mon 8.5, Tue 8.25, Wed 8.5, Thu 8.5, Fri 8.25, Sat 5, Sun 0–0.5).

Version A time percentages (of ~47 hrs)

Category % Hours Why
Relationship 30% ~14 The engine: 2 sprints/day equivalent + in-person + Saturday field. Capped at ~⅓ so every sprint keeps its prep and recovery — the reserved-personality ceiling that keeps quality high.
Revenue (files, scenarios, borrowers) 25% ~12 Scenario Desk is the offer AND revenue path; live files get first claim each morning it matters (Mon/Thu/Fri) plus buffer. Grows by eating buffer, then REL-new, as closings scale.
Systems 13% ~6 Fixed rituals: manager check-in, pipeline review, compliance block, AAR, one improvement/wk. Small but non-negotiable — this is what makes weeks repeatable.
Learning 9% ~4 Down from 27% in week 1 to a maintenance anchor: daily-ish hour of study + role-play. Placed at 8 AM to build confidence before social blocks.
Content 8% ~4 Two batch blocks. Enough for 2 pieces/mo + workshop prep; more would outrun compliance review anyway.
Admin (incl. recovery/logging, buffer, debriefs) 15% ~7 Honest budgeting of sprint recovery and buffer. Cutting this is how burnout and sloppy logs happen; it stays.

VERSION B — Alternative 35–40 hr week (≈37 hrs)

For weeks when Mitchell needs sustainability (family demands, energy management) or as the permanent calendar if 47 hrs proves unsustainable. Principle: protect revenue and rituals; cut breadth, not depth.

What gets cut, and why: 1. One new-outreach sprint/wk cut (Mon or Wed) — new-agent breadth is the most deferrable activity; A-tier depth drives near-term revenue. 2. Content halved (one batch block) — cadence drops to ~1 piece/mo; content compounds slowly, so pausing costs least. 3. Saturday shrinks to ~3 hrs (market OR open house, not both; open house 2×/mo max) — field time is high-value but highest social cost. 4. AI/system work bi-weekly instead of weekly. 5. Golf/chess drops entirely unless it replaces (not adds to) an in-person block. 6. Buffer/recovery NOT cut — cutting recovery in a lighter week defeats its purpose. 7. Never cut: live-file work, Scenario Desk SLA, manager check-in, pipeline review, compliance block, AAR, daily debrief, morning scenario-inbox check.

Version B weekly hours: ≈37 (Mon 7, Tue 6.5, Wed 7, Thu 7, Fri 6.5, Sat 3, Sun 0–0.5).

Version B time percentages (of ~37 hrs)

Category % Hours vs Version A
Revenue 30% ~11 Share UP (25%→30%): absolute hours nearly held — files and SLA are untouchable.
Relationship 27% ~10 Down ~4 hrs: one sprint cut, Saturday halved, golf/chess gone. Depth (A-tier, in-person weekly) preserved.
Systems 14% ~5 Rituals intact; improvement work bi-weekly.
Learning 8% ~3 2 anchor mornings instead of 3.
Content 5% ~2 One batch block; cadence 1 pc/mo. Slowest-compounding asset takes the cut.
Admin/recovery/buffer 16% ~6 Proportionally protected — a lighter week must actually be lighter.

Switching rule: run Version A by default. Drop to Version B for a declared week (decided at Friday pipeline review, not mid-week) when: ≥3 live files in processing simultaneously, or two consecutive weeks of missed debriefs/AARs, or personal demand spikes. Return to A the following Monday unless re-declared.
